Truth Drafting & Design will take the time to analyse your needs and design a home that fits your budget and space requirements. We achieve this commitment by actively listening and communicating each step in the design process.

Typically, customers will do a search on the web for floorplans. They will find a home that has some features they like, but some features they do not like. So, gather different ideas of what you like, along with square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of garage bays, etc...

Some customers also find a floorplan that they love, but there might be one or two changes to make. We will guide you through the process to make it as enjoyable as we can.
