Master bath has a split vanity with a large walk-in shower. Up stairs has an option for bonus room and another full bath. Square Footage includes the bonus room up stairs. We do offer Paypal for purchasing the plans "as is". The price for "as is" is based on the stock plan pricing ($0.18/ft). For this plan the stock plan price is $799.02.
If you need changes to the plan, I have another option which will allow you to make changes. That cost, for this plan, is $1,553.65. Or if you do not see a plan that suits your needs, custom plans can be drawn for you. Our pricing is located on the pricing section. The process is smooth and enjoyable!
